**Demo → quote → build → launch → care (optional).** Skillance does the work; you approve each step.

## 01 Demo

Free demo of your own site. No cost, no obligation.

We review your current website or brief and build a free concept of how it could look and work on phones.

## 02 Quote

Fixed price in writing, with scope spelled out.

Website projects: fixed tiers at R500/hour ex VAT + 15% VAT after the free demo. Scope, deliverables, and VAT-inclusive total are in your quote. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch. Bigger custom software (SaaS, mobile apps) is scoped separately in a written proposal.

## 03 Build

We build; you get 2 structured revision rounds.

We ask for logo, photos, domain access, and any logins we need. Timeline depends on tier and how quickly you supply materials.

## 04 Launch

Your written sign-off before anything goes live.

Hosting on Cloudflare Pages costs you R0 from us for standard marketing sites. You keep your domain. Email stays as-is unless you ask us to move it (R750 ex VAT). POPIA operator agreement for personal information collected on your site, with consent on forms and links to privacy notice and PAIA manual.

## 05 Care

Optional care plans after launch, or take the code and run the site yourself.

Care plan names and prices are in Beyond service terms. You keep ownership of your content and code.
